  • At this time, ShopJH.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, ShopJH.com ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please make note - SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME AS YOUR BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR CREDIT CARD, IF YOU ENTER A DIFFERENT ADDRESS YOUR ORDER WILL BE VOID.

  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). ShopJH.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of customer receiving the jacket. The item must have all tags attached and be in new condition. Any item received that does not have tags or has been worn will be returned to the customer at their cost and no refund given. Customer MUST email ShopJH.com at returns@shopjh.com before sending back any jacket in order to get a return authorization # (RA#). Any jackets received without an RA# will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. The only charges for exchanges are the return shipping charges plus $15.00 IN ORDER TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE - Here is the breakdown of the steps in order for us to process your return/exchange: 1. Email returns@shopjh.com for an RA #. If we do not receive the item within 14 days of issuing an RA #the item will be returned to you at YOUR cost and no refund given. 2. All tags MUST still be attached to the item or the item will be returned to you at YOUR cost and no refund given. 3. Print the form we email back to you with the RA# and make sure the return the completed form along with the item you are returning or exchanging. Also please make sure to write the RA# on the outside of the box. PLEASE NOTE ALL EXCHANGES WILL INCUR A $15 FLAT FEE PLUS SHIPPING.
